To help address this, I would advocate for more supportive workplace policies, such as flexible work hours, remote work options, and accessible childcare facilities, which can help women manage both family and career. Additionally, I would work on initiatives to promote mentorship programs where women in leadership can guide and inspire others. By creating a more supportive environment, we can help women in Ukraine reach their full potential and contribute even more to society and the economy.” WHY ARE YOU PARTICIPATING IN MISS WOMAN? WHAT DO YOU WISH FOR YOURSELF? “I am participating in Miss Woman because I believe in the power of this platform to inspire and uplift women. My name is Serena Zippo and I come from Rome, Italy. I am 34 years old. I am a flight attendant and I love my job very deeply. I adore to travel and find out new cultures and amazing places around the globe. I draw inspiration from my mother and father who are both entrepreneurs and always taught me to become financially independent in order to preserve my freedom which is a very important value to me. I am graduated in an American university with a bachelor in Communications and a minor in Marketing. I later on studied fashion journalism in London which led to the creation of my fashion blog seryfashion. I am deeply conscious of the privilege my parent’s struggles have gifted me, today I am a strong advocate for women’s empowerment, particularly their constitutional rights to education, careers and their freedom of choice. In my spare time I enjoy the company of my friends, I love yoga, dancing, charity work and food. I am a summer baby and never miss a chance to travel to a warm destination to enjoy warm sun during winter! I believe in the saying - “What’s meant for you won’t pass you by.”

My name is Caterina Molinari, I am 18 years old, I was born and raised in Valtellina. Since I was a child I have had a strong passion for the world of hairdressing, and in 2020 I chose to enroll in the professional school for hairdressers, which I finished in June 2024. I specialize in particular hairstyles such as African braids and cornrows and, despite my age, I am very enterprising and I always try to learn and give my best in my work. I am proud to have the opportunity to participate in the Miss Woman 2025 event and I hope to meet new people and learn more and more.

My name is Giada Rotta and I deal with wellness and beauty at 360 degrees. I am the owner of the Mani Fatate GiadaJadore beauty center in Vittoria (RG), in my beloved Sicily. I am a holistic operator, beautician, dermopigmentist, tricopigmentist and make-up artist. In addition to managing my center, I deal with all aesthetic services, both basic and advanced. In 2023, at just 12 years of age, I published my first book, Il dono del mio sacro dentro. Thanks to this work, I had the opportunity to travel around Italy, and I love my job more and more. With great pride, today I have 24 years of experience in the sector. I am also a teacher of aesthetics and wellness. After graduating in aesthetics, I deepened my studies in academies of make-up, psychology in aesthetics and oncological aesthetics. My mission is to offer an ideal solution to all the customers who trust me. For this reason I have created a professional line of products, GiadaJadore, to achieve effective results and meet the needs of my customers. Hello, I am Alessa Yanase and this is my story.  I started playing piano at the age of 3, I have an exceptional musical talent and I grew up with a classical music background. I was ranked first in Western Japan and young pianist competitions, and then my name spread among classical music enthusiasts. I made my debut at the Thailand Full Moon Party in March 2019. After that, I made a big leap, mainly in China. I have played in many clubs and festivals all over China. I am the only person in Japan who has played as a DJ at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.  Also, I was the first DJ to play at the ancient ruins of Luxor in Egypt, this year. I held the first concert of a collaboration between an orchestra and a DJ in Japan. It became a big news in Japan and was reported on many TV, newspapers and radio. I am the only DJ in Japan who has taken the initiative to create a new music culture.  My incredible entertainment is outstanding in terms of ideas and creativity and people are fascinated by ALESSA's worldview.

My name is Aneta Jahnová and I’m from the Czech Republic.  I’m studying cosmetology school in Prague. I’m friendly, communicative, caring, empathetic and goal-oriented.  I’ve been modeling since I was 14 years old and I believe that in the competition I’ll show my potential and my values ​​to go further. I’m very grateful that I can represent the Czech Republic in the Miss Woman competition. I’d like to continue to spread my life values ​​and inspire girls. My interests include traveling abroad, modeling, the gym, improving the mood of people around me and taking care of young children. I like to take on new challenges.
